Sobi is a leading integrated biopharmaceutical company dedicated to bringing innovative therapies and services to improve the lives of rare disease patients and their families.
Requirement
Clique AV were approached by Sobi with an overview to install Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment in their new offices at Granta Park, Cambridge. This was to include three offices, three meeting rooms, two break out areas and satellite dish and aerial array on the roof of the building for Sky TV and Freeview.
All meeting rooms required the installation of floor boxes within a screed floor to remove the risk of trip hazards caused by trailing cables to phones, power and data outlets needed on meeting room tables.
Two of the meeting rooms are adjoined with the capacity to open into a larger single meeting room. The break out area displays were required to show both Sky TV and digital signage.
Solution
Three meeting rooms and one office were installed with 65” displays, local input and Barco Clickshare for wireless presentation, a local HDMI and VGA input, along with being linked to the Sky TV via a HDMI matrix and digital signage system via the local network.
Both adjoining rooms are installed with in-ceiling speakers for the displayed audio, driven by an amp as individual rooms or combined as one audio zone when opened to a single meeting room selected by Crestron wall mounted touch panels and control system to initiate.
One of the adjoining meeting rooms has a motorised in ceiling projection screen, ceiling mounted projector and VC system utilising skype for business, which can be used in this room alone or when the room is opened with the adjoining room selected by Crestron wall mounted touch panels.
Clique AV with the assistance of trusted partners carried out the installation of flush mount floor box system to allow the meeting room table; power, data, telephone and VC cables to pass through offering a flexible and moveable space.
Two of the offices were installed with local input plates to wall mounted 50” displays to extend the user’s PC and Laptop.
The break out areas had two 55” wall mounted displays linked to the HDMI matrix to allow for Sky TV and digital signage over the network.
